With the help of our local Butte College viticulture program, Butte County is finding to be a promising growing region for Barbera. Enjoying the heat, this wine extracts the texture and complexity of our growing region. Aged on half American and half French oak for 9 months, the wine finishes with the perfect balance of oak. Fruity and ripe, yet acidic and opulent, this wine pairs wonderfully with rich foods.
