A European style rose, fermented dry with the perfect balance of acidity and fruit. The fruit was picked a 20 brix, was cold settled for 48 hours and was then cold fermented for 21 days to highlight the true essence of our unique Zinfandel grape. The wine has a strawberry sweetness with an amazing hazel nut finish. Light and palatable this wine is perfect with your favorite meal or as an apertif.
